2010 Sparks Babe Ruth Tournament
Congratulations to the 2010 Champions of Sparks Babe Ruth Baseball!! The Main Division Braves managed by Steve Leighton, coaches Bart Haley and Dustin Allen took top honors this year with a convincing win over the Blue Jays by a score of 17-7. Well Done Steve and the rest of the Main Division Braves!!
Additional congratulations go out to the Padres, the Prep Division champions of 2010!! The Padres managed by Dale Henson and coached by Mark Prizina disposed of the Astros 11 to 1. Though a very tight game in the beginning the Padres woke up in the middle innings and the bats came alive pounding the Astros pitching and completing a successful season. Awesome achievement Dale and again kudos to your coahing staff and kids for their hard work through the year!
