Sparks Babe Ruth Baseball City Tournament 2011!!

....and then there were two:

Prep Division: Congraulations to the Prep Division Champion Padres who overcame the mighty Yankees to win the City tournament by a score of 6 to 3! Manager Ryan Parks, Coaches Daryn Singleton and Mike McCusker (honorable mention: Doug Van Tress) and the team players: Brody Singleton, Carson McCusker, Chase Jones, Colton Meals, Duncan Wilmot, Jake Van Tress, Jared Cuddy, Jimi Bolan, Joey Arterburn, Lane Rader, Miles McDonald, Noah Parks Troy Bradshaw all deserve a round of applause and congratulations to the team!

Main Division: Having led the Main division all season it was expected that the Giants would win however no one, not even the Giants expected that they would have to come from behind to post the win and take the City tournament and the division Championship! Manager Ed Remillard, and Coaches Andy Peterson, and Zack Remillard along with team players: David Alderman Jr., Drew Peterson, Dylan Stanley, John (Kody) Scott, Joseph Hansen, Joshua Bolingbrook, Kurt Klix, Michael Schroeder, Morgan Christen, Owen Bartlett, Tyrece Simas, William Rizzuto all earned the right to call themselves CHAMPIONS! Congratulations Giants!!!
