2012 Babe Ruth Baseball News

February 2012: The Spring Baseball season is right around the corner and as usual the Sparks Babe Ruth Board of Directors have been hard at work over this past winter preparing for Spring 2012 registration! Please click on the NEWS link to review the newest iteration of the Spring Newsletter, 2012 version. The 2012 Spring Baseball Newsletter is also available for download by clicking HERE!

Our next registration date is set for February 8th at Round Table Pizza located across the street from Reed High School on Baring Blvd. starting at 6PM until 8PM. Unfortunately we do not have online registration at this time. To do so would force us to raise our registration fees. To assist please go to the info page for additional registration information.

New! This year, we will be accepting registration for 16-18 year old Senior Babe Ruth at the same time as 13-15 registration. All of you 16-18 year olds who thought your baseball was done, come on down and register! Click the above 16-18 SBR link for additional information!

If you have any questions regarding Sparks Babe Ruth Baseball/Babe Ruth National program please feel free to send an email with your inquiry to our League President Bob Bailey. If the questions pertain to player registration, tryouts, coaching requests and schedule considerations, etc., please contact our Player Agent Elisha Zayas for assistance.

IMPORTANT: We still have positions available on the Board of Directors and we encourage your participation. If you would like to assist and voice your opinions please volunteer and help us run the league this upcoming 2012 Spring baseball season. Participate, don't spectate!!!

Next SBR board meeting is scheduled for , February , 2012 - 6:30 PM at Round Table Pizza, Baring/Sparks Blvd right across the street from Reed HS. We encourage the public to attend. If you feel like helping out please volunteer for a good cause and join our Board of Directors!!!
